Shipping Policy/Cancellation

  1. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders Php 1500 and above.  

For Metro manila orders who wish to expedite their orders, same-day delivery is available.

Guidelines for same-day delivery:

  • Payment first basis. 
  • This is considered as a special request and the free shipping policy for orders above Php 1500 will be invalid.
  • Delivery fee will be shouldered by the buyer. Grab, Lalamove or other preferred courier services rates will apply.  
  1. Who is your delivery service/third-party courier?

We have plenty of couriers depending on your location, our courier might call you within the day of delivery so please make sure to have your registered mobile line open in case they call. Our delivery service cannot promise a time period since they follow a route sheet within your area. Please bear with us. 

  1. How many times will they deliver my product?

Our delivery partner will attempt 1-2x before considering your order as cancelled. Once failed, your address and name may be included in the blacklist of COD. 

  1. How do I track my order?

After receiving your order confirmation, please allow us 2 to 3 days to ship your orders. Once done, you will receive an email from for your tracking number.

  1. I was delivered the wrong item.

We want to assure you that we put extra effort in making sure we pack the right items. However, human error is inevitable. In case you receive an incorrect item, which very rarely happens, please email us asap at for immediate action, rest assured we will do our best to correct the mistake at our expense. 

  1. How many days should I receive my order?

Cash on Delivery 
Metro Manila : 7-14 Business Days 
Provinces : 10-18 Business Days 

Note: Due to Community Quarantine measure, time of deliveries may change without prior notice. 

  1. What do I do if the Delivery Staff collected more than the collectible amount or has failed to give me the right change?

As much as Compaktph would love to help you in such scenarios, we have no control of the situation when you paid for the supposed to be collectible amount to the delivery staff. Also, the delivery staff is not a Compaktph Employee but rather an employee of our third-party couriers. 

Please check the collectible amount on the waybill attached to the pouch before making a payment and count your change before allowing the delivery staff to leave. 

In the unlikely event that Compaktph committed an error in placing the correct collectible amount, which very rarely happens, Compaktph will be responsible and will refund the excess amount to the buyer. 



Please be responsible in ordering online through Cash-on-Delivery. Refusing to accept your package will not be CHARGED TO US.
Courier will still charge us for delivery, handling, storing and return which may range from P400 - P665 depending on the size and the weight of the package that the custome ordered.


To protect our business from unnecessary losses, customers who have records of refusing to accept their parcels or canceling their orders during transit will be penalized by not being able to use Cash-on-Delivery as a payment method hence, will be added to fraudulent list.

We reserve the right to offer or not to offer Cash-on-Delivery. It is a payment method and not an absolute right in favor of the buyers.

Customers under this penalty may still order and receive their package in 3 - 7 business days provided that they will agree to pay in advance through the following channels:


Penalty will be lifted once customers paid in advance and successfully received their package. However, if the customer repeat the same act by refusing to accept his/her package or canceling while package is in transit after penalty was lifted, the same penalty will be applied once again.
