Refund and Exchange Policy
What if I received a damaged/wrong item?
- Products eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges are those received with defects, deformity or damages and those with incorrect variation (size, color). For these cases, please email us within 7 days from the date of receipt. Outside this timeline, the items could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could damage or deform the item.
We can only refund or replace UNUSED items and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Here's what you need to do:
- Email us at email@example.com with the information below.
- Order number (you can find this on your email address with your confirmation email). If you happen to order via Facebook Page, just present your Complete name, email address and contact number and we will search it manually.
- Items needed for refund.
- Reasons for refund (with clear picture)
Note: Rest assured that we are manually checking your item and we make sure that it's in a good condition before we pack and ship it to your door step. We do also take pictures for our protection.
What if the item does not fit me?
- If you have ordered an incorrect size and the item does not fit you, this is not eligible for return and exchange. We highly recommend to refer to the size chart.
Buyer's remorse or change of mind is not covered by Compaktph’s Return or Refund Policy. Please be reminded that there are no existing laws that allow any consumers to return goods they purchased and ask for a refund simply because they have changed their minds.
Please note that cancellation of orders must be done within 24 hrs after purchase. Failure to comply, details will be added to fraudulent list and will be posted in the Facebook page.
